“They’re trying to find a way to make money off of us. That’s really what it is. … ‘How can we get as much money as we can out of these people that enjoy this hobby? Let’s convince them that they don’t even need to have the card anymore. We can store it in our vault, and we can authenticate it, and we can sell it on our marketplace for you, and we can break it for you.’ I’m sorry, that’s an endgame that is going to result in nobody being in the hobby. I will die on the hill with this statement: If you don’t get enjoyment out of holding a card or opening a pack or having it on display, you’re not going to stay in the hobby.”
